How are Bear Trail bikes shipped?
Our bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled in heavy-duty reinforced boxes. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost using the included multi-tool.
What is your return policy for mountain bikes?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your ride, you can return it for a full refund, provided the bike is in like-new condition and in its original packaging.
Do Bear Trail bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components like drivetrains and suspension forks are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
Can I finance my purchase?
Absolutely. We partner with Klarna and Affirm to offer flexible monthly payment plans at checkout, allowing you to ride now and pay over time.
How do I choose the right frame size?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' based on your height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for better maneuverability or sizing up for more stability.

Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach trail enthusiasts in Europe and Australia soon.
